“The Josephine room was amazing. We booked it for a week over Christmas with the goal of having a place where we could hunker down and cook a nice meal on the 24th and 25th. The place was perfect. It's a short walk into town and the Christmas market, or you can walk along the canal, or even head into the hills for a hike which we took advantage of on a couple occasions. “We stayed a night at this charming hotel in the hills just outside of Strasbourg. The surroundings are peaceful and our stay offered us relaxation in a lovely hotel with attentive staff run by two sisters. The restaurant offers delicious, local cuisine, and there is also a small spa and pool. The staff are friendly and helpful, remembering details about our needs.
