"入住時因滿房而擅自要更改我的預定，改去別家評價很低的飯店入住，無法接受。2小時後因有人取消入住才得以在原飯店入住，但隔天還要換房間。處理過程很差勁，第一晚的房間還降等且空調聲音很大，很難入睡。總之，打亂渡假的心情是最令人沮喪的。"

Excellent Trip
"It was a tremendous experience and i'm happy that we chose this place. The nature with the all the partly unique animals and insects was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything. We hope we will come back again!"
