"A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so."

Great place right on the highway
"Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. "This was the first time we stayed in Avon versus Duck or Corolla. We will never go back north! Avon was great! The home is a quick 7 minute walk to the Avon Pier and beach.
