This is an amazing location with wonderful views - unfortunately the weather was overcast and cool for summer so no stars at night. The rooms are good and maximise the views. Reasonable and quiet !
Although the reception is not opened for 24 hours, the duty staffs were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the ferry terminal, it is still OK because Picton is safe even we needed to walk in the darkness between the terminal and the hotel. Enjoyed our stay, great location near the beach. It’s a cool Bach surrounded by beautiful gardens. Communication with the host was good, and easy to follow instructions for the property.

Awesome place to stay definitely going back
Nice quiet little cottage, easy to plenty of fishing places and close to boat ramp and pub for lunch. A very friendly weka came to say hi most days and followed to hang washing out. Highly recommend
