"Check in took a while. Our initial room was on the first floor with a smoking area 5 ft outside our window. They had us move to another room with no further issues. The staff that do crafts and work with the kids are great and are always fun and enthusiastic with the kids."

"It was a nice house for our family get together. However, the 18 pages of rules were really to much. I do not believe that it is the responsibility of the visitors to be stripping beds after the stay or to be washing towels. Towels should be washed by the staff. You do not know how people wash towels. ..."
