"Our washing machine leaked water whenever we washed clothes or towels. The dishwasher also leaked and overflowed the one time we ran it. Other than that it was a beautiful place."

"The a/c was not working when we arrived. The customer service line had the A/c repair person fix the a/c about 4 hours after it was reported.
