"Mon séjour s’est très bien passé. Juste une nuit. Mais à 10h ça frappe à la porte sans attendre la réponse, un homme utilise SON PASS et entre dans la chambre mon époux était nu et moi entrain de m’habiller pour le départ. Donc là vraiment pas top !!!!! Aucun respect !! Manque de considération !!! ..."

"The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. "Stayed as part of a cycling tour. Super-friendly and helpful communication from Ghislain at all stages, including a welcome basket of food and drink and a breakfast package (leave money in the kitchen for that). Yurt was a real treat: clean, comfortable and totally different from a boring hotel room. ..."
