"I have stayed here quite a few times and the staff have been very accommodating. There has only been one time that my room wasn't cleaned the best. However they went out of their way to make sure my next stay the room was great."

I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia.
