"I am very annoyed to hear that we paid extra for the $30 per night credit which we were told was not valid upon arrival. This is a joke! Stay itself was nice however considering we paid extra for room upgrades and told they weren’t valid is a joke."

"Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am.
