"Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. ..."

Good and bad.
"Got ripped off from the start. Price was posted one thing online all fees and taxes then they charged some hidden $30+ fee with no real explanation. Got to the room and it smelt like a homeless person lived there and next door there was a dog barking nonstop. I asked to be switched to another king ..."
