"We booked for two nights and the hotel is great. Very clean. Small rooms but to be expected. Breakfast was minimal but fine for our needs - waffles, toast, bagels, cereal etc. All in all the hotel was great - EXCEPT - this was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Could hear neighbors talking. ..."

"Place was perfect. Plenty of space, nice little Playground , great pool and hot tub, little river. Property was kept beautifully and flawless communication. Close to a lot: Frankfort, sleeping bear dunes, traverse city. Couldn’t recommend it more."
