"The plus here is the location! Parking is a nightmare during festivals which is the main reason we came for the Lobster Festival (limited reserved parking for guests). Not the friendliest of services, not the cleanest either. Again, location is the meat and potatoes of this place!"

"Property and location was great for us, especially nice when high tide! Very quiet and private location. Perfect with our little dog.Linens and towels were fresh and clean.
