Surprise Extra Fees
"There was a surprise $100 deposit when we arrived on top of the price for the room which we had already paid. Check in was at 4 PM, but you still check out at 11AM. For a 3PM check-in, there’s another fee. The hotel was nice. The staff was professional. But, the policies made it feel like a bootleg ..."

"We stayed two days and loved it! Restaurants were top-notch; loved the prime rib dinner and breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the live music in the bar. We went to the Elvis concert and got to see the Graceland Mansion, airplanes, cars, and museum. This is a must stay for Graceland."

"Everything was wonderful. Only complaints were WiFi wasn’t good and the TV in bedroom didn’t stay on - I’m assuming that had to do with the WiFi also. The one in living area was Fine."
