"Really enjoyed staying here with my parents, easy to access, clear communication on entry instructions. The apartment was cute and allowed us some privacy for our stay! The only downside was parking, we got a ticket for being overnight and the washer/dryer was a combo unit which means the "drying" ..."

"Fine stay. But I got an email saying I'd be emailed access codes....and never got one. So I was standing outside the locked building on the phone with customer service at night. Definitely impacted feeling of security. Someone knocked on my door before checkout time, even though I entered my checkout ..."
