"I had requested a 6 am wake-up call and I didn't receive one. I woke up early any way at 5:15 am so, there was no harm. But I was disappointed about not receiving the call. I didn't tell them because I didn't want to deal with it. I needed to get on with my business."

"Everything was perfect with one exception. For future guests, instructions regarding the gas oven would be helpful. We were unable to bake the breakfast casserole we had prepared because despite making the required setting adjustments (temperature, time, etc.), the oven never came on at all."

"The lake house was wonderful, Thanks for allowing us to check in a little earlier on Christmas Day. We loved everything about the lake house, It was very clean with plenty of room and everything we needed to make us have a great Christmas, My sister really enjoyed catching all the fish she caught, ..."
