Uncomfortable experience
"I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there."

"This is a comfortable hotel, located across the street from the Creole Village, with its shops and restaurants. My room was spacious and modern. Service was excellent.
