"Having throw rugs on floors knowing they had not been washed in a while is not very sanitary. Bedding, blankets need to be washed. House needs to be deep cleaned. Surface looks good, but old and worn out. Air conditioner did not really keep house cool, however it was unseasonably hot during our stay. ..."
