"Property is very nice, but the staff is excellent! Couldn't have asked for nicer staff. Power was out in the entire valley when we arrived, but the wonderful desk lady got us into our room, kept us updated and got us room keys as soon as possible! Service with a smile is priceless!"

"Besides being locked out after 11am and having to go to reception to get new card access to room, everything what great and enjoyed our stay. This should be mentioned that if u don’t check out by 11am u have to get your card reactivated or u can’t get back into your room. Dislike food at fire kitchen ..."
