Excellent service when a problem arises.
"When I first arrived to the room, it smelled like smoke and as well as very musty. The people at the front desk were quick to correct this and housekeeping freshen the whole room up and re-vacuumed. So my several nights there were pleasant."

"Our family had a truly wonderful winter holiday stay - our kids (3 and 5) loved having the books and toys available to use.
