Poor soundproofing
"The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor ..."

"Apartment on the 39th floor = great views from parts of the apartment. Downside - views of the taller tower behind. Items worn out = sofa, rusty toilet brush holder, dirty carpet in ensuite bedroom, cheap frying pan in a terrible state. Only 1 English tea bag and 7 mint tea bags? The rainforest shower ..."

"No clear indication/signage of the hotel on the road that makes you miss the hotel easily. It's only foldable bed in the single room (we booked two bedrooms apartment) and is not really well equipped. Not recommend this hotel to anybody."
