"Couldn’t be happier with my stay at the Happy Shack. Owners are consummate hosts. Check in/out was effortless but more than anything, the views of the Jemez mountains was majestic and happy-making. Will def be back for another stay."

"What a beautiful home, surrounding, peaceful - we were in awe of everything. Very accommodating and all the bells and whistles that we would make visitors stay comfortable. We do plan to rebook a stay...soon. there was so much to explore that we were unable to in such a short time but nonetheless ..."

"The scenery was beautiful. The wifi didn't work and we had no service but we didn't mind cause we enjoyed getting away not having to worry about anything. The beds were not the best hard to sleep on. The kitchen was perfect for being able to cook. The bathrooms were also nice Overall we enjoyed our ..."

Beautiful Spot
"Very nice home surrounded by gorgeous Ponderosa. Very quiet, relaxing and comfortable. The wrap around deck is great to hang out on when not hiking numerous fantastic hiking trails nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much."
