"My only complaint was a chemical smell in the room upon arrival. I would recommend a cleaner without such harsh smells. The floors had been wet vacuumed or something because the carpet was wet and tile was wet. Room was pretty basic, nothing fancy. Hotel was quiet at night which I appreciated."

"Beautiful property. Historic and charming and very elegant. We loved the pool area. Would have liked to try the spa but not here long enough. A quick ride / drive to downtown Johnson City where there were tons of dining options."

"Perfect for a weekend to get away from it all. The stream was a great spot for fishing. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked and beds and bedding very comfortable. Screened porch as a nice place to spend the mornings and evenings. Thank you!!"

Loved our stay
"This house was the most comfortable we have rented. Beds are comfy, the place was so relaxing. We loved the deck overlooking the pond. Definitely will book again when we are in the area. Bob was a great host."
