"Had dit verblijf bij bespreken gelijk betaald en daarvan ook een bevestiging verkregen. Raar dat je dan allereerst een discussie aan moet gaan en te horen krijgt dat je niet betaald hebt omdat Expedia het geld achterhoud. De standaars kamer is echter zo klein dat je er geen koffer in kwijt kunt. ..."
