"The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had."

"Hotel felt a bit dingy, but was very quiet and staff were lovely. Had something sticky on our carpet. Breakfast was decent. The bagels were good. Always lots of food available."
