失望！舊了些，蚊蟲多！浴室馬桶在房間以外的蚊蟲太多，不適合小朋友住！大環境還可以，服務主管無權負責！
"價格不符合住貫好飯店的期待，也舊了些，蚊蟲多不適合小朋友！浴室在房間外，很多不同的蟲在馬桶週邊，水龍頭水有味道不適合刷牙，只能用飲用水，Villa的自用游泳池水不夠乾淨、其他大環境尚可！我們訂3晚住一晚小孩就不敢上廁所及洗澡，只能換到別家飯店，確沒有退任何費用！這是用好幾年的Hotels訂房唯一一次不佳體驗，申訴沒有用！"
