"Extremely Unprofessional – No Room Provided Despite Full Payment I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived at 5:00 PM with my family of four (having prepaid in full), the front desk told me they had no room available due to overbooking and room cleaning delays. "The room I booked were 2 double bed. It ended up 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The window could not shut tightly. There were machine running noise throughout all night from the neighbour construction site."

"Check-in時沒有reception員工接待（我於4pm左右到達），還好事前有電郵指示如何自行入住。 第2天想向員工領取到時卷廁紙，員工態度感覺並不友善。 熱到方面，水壓不足，熱水時熱時凍，第2晚直頭沒有熱水，研究一輪後自行重開熱水爐才能有熱到，但依然時熱時凍。"
