"Relatively difficult to access and find hotel registration if coming in from the parking garage. Ups and downs on stairs, escalators and elevators and a long walk through the casino areas . We are seniors and didn’t realize there would be so much walking. ."

"Excellent location and great views from the room. The bed was comforrable.The room could have used another chair. It would be better if parking was included and a discount on the breakfast. Also Best Western points should be given regardless how you book your stay."
