"Pousada ótima, tudo limpo, o quarto q fiquei tudo em bom estado. Os funcionários super atenciosos. A localização e excelente, fica perto do centrinho, dá pra ir andando tranquilo. O café da manhã era simples mas tudo gostoso. No geral, super recomendo"

Tudo ok, porém com pouca empatia com os clientes

"Tive um problema com o aluguel do carro em Salvador no domingo, e não pude chegar no hotel no dia reservado. Tentei por mais de 8 vezes ligar nos dois telefones informados pelo Google e pelo Hoteis.com, sem sucesso de contato com a acomodação. Na segunda-feira, cheguei por volta do meio dia, fiz ..."
