"Breakfast at the hotel was grim and flies over the food I wouldn’t eat any or the food also it was 7euro at the hotel your company has charged me double that I am not happy about being overcharged by Expedia and I want a full refund otherwise I will not give you my business ever again"

"Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Staff at reception very friendly and attentive 5*. I did not like the fact they don’t supply any complimentary bottle of water in the room, I understand that it is not a Hotel but they do have staff to do it. Cleaning service is not included."

"This hotel was located in a relatively convenient place for walking to local attractions such as the Guggenheim Museum. It was clean, spacious had nice bathrooms and a very friendly staff. It was a little on the pricey side, but still not a bad value at all."
