"This is the most expensive hotel in Kent, but its amenities and condition is mid grade. The staff is great and very attentive. Would I recommend this over a Hilton or Hampton? No i wouldn't. But the location is very convenient, so if you're a walker, you can get to the campus or restaurants nearby. ..."

"It was our first time doing a VRBO or any other private stay. We really enjoyed the experience and this particular property was very pleasant for our first time experience.
