"Sorry found the pool area too hot and very noisy from the water jets on and the acoustics. It would have been nice to have an outdoor area by the pool with sun loungers. All the staff are so polite and well-trained, and this seems to be across the group. You should all be very proud of this, and ..."

"I arrived quite early on the day. The reception lady stored my bags and allowed me to early check-in. Although i'm in no need rush. I want to visit the city first. Warm welcome. It can become quite busy late in the afternoon. The restaurants reservations is full until 2030 ( i approach them at 1830) ..."
