"When I arrived at the hotel I was asked for the tax but not the price according to the booking, but much more. When I asked why they told me that I get no key if I don't pay. So I had to pay as HOTELS.COM has no hotline I could not do anything. The next day I asked for a recipe, but I was told that ..."
