"Welcome drinks gives a good first impression. Although no air conditioning, hotel offers fan for ventilation and that's okay for night temperture of below 20 degrees. Location close to city centre with lots of pubs and restaurants around."

Clean and good facilities
"Facilities , were good , need a little TLC on bathroom , shower is inadequate , takes 7 min to heat up . If someone uses the tap , another 7 min . Takes 20 min to run a bath . Could do with a toilet downstairs , underneath the stairs , as being so long waiting for hot water . kitchen , could do with ..."

Absolutely perfect!
"Location was so beautiful, a minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to co-op, coffee shop and chip shop. I was worried there would be no parking available but there was always plenty of parking right outside the house. Accommodation was spotless, plenty of space and so peaceful. Thank you."
