"Upon getting to our room on the third floor, we found it extremely hot. We contacted the front desk and learned air-conditioning on property was turned off for the season on October 1st. "The parking was the only difficulty - finding the actual car park, and organising the parking permit. Better info should have been sent via Hotels,com. Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, and dealt with all other issues effectively."
