"What a find! A quaint old building oozing character with everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing break. We wanted for nothing and the hosts couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Breakfast was top notch. Overall excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again ..."

Lovely place on Dartmoor - excellent food and beer
"Really nice place - great fire, excellent food and beer. Room was just what I needed (and they surprised me with an upgrade). Staff were lovely. 12 hours solid sleep - couldn't have asked for more. Able to pre-order breakfast if wanted enabled me to have a lie in."

"Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious with big bathrooms. Comfortable beds and loved the dressing gown, nice touch. Good location for Home Park and central plymouth 15 mins drive."

"Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful."
