"I love this property! But at the time of my stay the gentleman checking me in was not very friendly (maybe had an off day) and the dryer was not working. There was no out of order sign posted. I had already washed my load and had to run out to a laundromat to dry my clothes and it was just inconvenient. ..."

"took a three day trip to Buffalo to attend my son's graduation. this place was perfect for us.Nice and clean comfortable four beds.tgree rooms all with tv. i recommend this for anyone looking for a nice quiet place. the owner was very responsive."

"The location was perfect for a Buffalo / Niagra weekend trip. Jolee was an amazing host and her instructions were very clear. She was also very quick on response times. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the many cob webs and the yurt had poor sound proofing from the outside which made for some ..."
