"Started off by sending me to the 11th floor but my key card hadn’t been authorised. So then back down 11 floors to get it sorted!! Deputy manager (dani?) was fantastic and went above and beyond for me. Bathroom was very small. Great views of the waterfront and good dining options near hotel"

Cozy apartment at a convenient location
"A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay."
