"They will not honor online reservations through any website! They are in a small town that seems to be literally dying on the vine. The motel is the same - baseboards were missing or disintegrating, wires were routed around the baseboards, a/c is very loud. It is fairly clean with newer vinyl flooring ..."

"Old pillows that need to be trashed. I brought my own. Brown towels that used to be white. Surfaces didn't appear clean so I took care of it. They didnt want to check me out early or at least give paperwork that says I left the room in good condition. That was painful just to get a printout for checking ..."

Another Okatoma Family Fun Weekend
"This was our third summer family gathering at Fairchild Landing, and it was great again! The water was up a bit, but that didn’t spoil the fun. The place is super clean and has a great firepit for s’mores! It’s also close enough to Hattiesburg for a run to The Lucky Rabbit. We shall return!"
