"I will never use Hotels.com again as I reserved 2 rooms and when I arrived hotels.com had only sent confirmation to the hotel for 1 room and will not refund the money I paid for the 2nd room on my reservation. Have use hotels.com for many years never again!!!!! I have my receipt for 2 rooms booked ..."

"We have stayed here a few times since it opened. It is sad to see how quickly the carpet in the halls and stairway has deteriorated. It needs a deep cleaning or replacement. Other areas were ok."

Great location and decor but uncomfortable bed.
"The bed in the main room is terrible. Might as well sleep on a box spring. 1 out of 10 for comfort on the matress alone. Curtains did not go to the top of the window and the light blazed right in when the day light started. The location was great and it was clean, nicely decorated."
