"Great view. Great room. Poor staffing. This hotel had a skeleton crew running it. We had no water in our shower for 3 days. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no one giving out pool towels. We had none. One person at front desk. If you want good customer service, dont stay here."

"Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Was nice to be in the heart of town amongst the locals. Building common areas are also a highlight, including the friendly cat that lives there! WiFi didn’t work one morning but then came back on that evening."

"Unfortunately the unit we stayed at this year was not as expected; the sliding doors were almost impossible to open and close, towel hooks were off the walls, and the appliances old. The AC made a huge noise. It was disappointing. Opalo D905 owner/s please upgrade to the 5 star resort standards."
