"We liked the rooms and property. Wasn’t impressed that when we requested 4 face cloths we only got two. And when they cleaned the room they took them and didn’t replace them. Food was ok, people were fabulous. We really did enjoy the area. Didn’t get to explore as much as I would have liked."

"It was a wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva- the staff were incredibly attentive and sweet. The hotel was beautiful and right on the private beach- it felt like we were in an episode of White Lotus because of how picturesque it was. 10/10"

"The rooms were really clean and the decor was nice and beds were comfortable. The rooms in the property were exactly what we expected for a mid range hotel. Staff were all very nice. Martin was helpful in setting up a timeshare presentation that we enjoyed. The elevator could use a little work."

"Great beach view room on 8th floor. Just wonderful, sounds of the beach day and night. Room was nice. Double check for fridge, check out iron with housekeeping, no microwave. Property lobby, pool, bar is amazing and beautiful. Will certainly visit again."
