"A 5 star resort , great spa too. Indoor pools, hot tub and steam room were serien. Our massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The main outdoor pool is massive and water warm. The breakfast buffet is outstanding . The staff were always polite and spoke various languages fluently. ..."

"Sehr modernes 5 Sterne Hotel, für unseren Geschmack leider sehr unpersönlich, unfreudlich und oberflächlich. Der Hotelkomplex ist innen sehr dunkel, Dracula würde es wohl gefallen 😂 wir haben das Licht vermisst... auf Madeira gibt es liebevollere Unterkünfte."

"This place was amazing. I will be back and that's a fact. The negatives that people talk of should be taken like a pinch of salt. Yes there is a few little improvements here and there but on the whole the food was amazing the place was lovely and it's just a lovely place"

"Near airport , few shop and restaurant. lobby have free wifi and if you reg the member,you can get the free a bottle of madeira wine,a bottle of water and fruit.No air-con and fan in room ,but we feel cold as the wind.Beautiful view .You can take bus to Funchal,around 15min and cost around ..."
