"The exterior appeared dirty and messy. Needs some serious TLC. But the rooms were quite reasonable. Except the shower - the water was pitiful and the tile floor very slippery. The complimentary continental breakfast surpassed our expectations. So many choices and very well laid out. Thank you"

"Lovely and spacious family home located in a quiet street in Hillvue South Tamworth. It was perfect for our Tamworth Country Music experience and was a short walk to the Golden Guitar and the Longyard Hotel where you can catch a bus into town."
