"Pros - Great communication, central location in Madison. Cons - The house is run down, wasn't clean. Kitchen cupboards were literally dirty. Kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even paper towels. The House itself is old, unmaintained, and poorly decorated, lacking furniture and an inviting feeling. ..."
