"The rooms were lovely and beautifully furnished. There was a cold draft by the door (these are 'motel' type rooms) but it was a particularly cold night. Customer service was excellent and the food equally so"

Lovely experience
"A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly."
