"We always have a pleasant stay at Bay and Basin in Sanctuary Point. The staff are super nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Super chuffed that we also got a room upgrade. Would definitely recommend this motel!"

Property was overall quite good.
"I would definitely stay here again, however, it would be a very tight with anymore then five people.The mattress on the bottom double bunk bed needs replacing as it had indents from people sitting on it from playing the PlayStation or watching TV."
