"Helt fantastiskt hotell, bra service. Vi hade halvpension vilket vi kan rekommenderas- jättefin buffé, med variation varje kväll. Riktigt fin frukost. Fabulös utsikt över bergen. Nära in till byn Sankt Johann, en promenad på ca 15min. Finns cyckeluthyrning på hotellet. Obs den är stängd på ..."

"Everything was satisfactory and pleasant experience including dining and breakfast. The reception staff Jasmin was superbly cheerful and friendly. The room given to us facing the busy street was noisy till 10 plus in the night."

Great apartment, poor management
"We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. ..."

Nice hotel but some insect blinds would be nice
"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden."
