"Great place to stay. We came to Sioux City for a concert at the Orpheum Theater and wanted to spend some time gambling at the Hard Rock Casino. But rooms there were $350 a night! We found this hotel right across the street and despite some harsh reviews, we decided to try it. We had a great time. ..."

Great stay

"Newly remodeled and very clean , quiet neighborhood- great location - close to everything we needed! Communication with hosts was excellent! Obviously a lot of work and care has gone into remodeling this home - we will definitely stay again and it will be fun to see this property develop even more ..."
