Great on the inside, a bit "dormitory" looking on
"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks."

"Awesome location and nice set up for a couple looking for a long ski weekend. While the double bunk bed setup is a little strange, the murphy bed in the living room was super comfortable. "very interesting suite. Large space but super 80's interior decoration and ecectrical appliance. Bed quality also seem and sleep like 80s Concierge very friendly~"
