"The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation."

"Bestie girl group just needed a weekend away from spouses and kids. Wanted some place between our locations that felt semi remote, but close enough to the suburbs for Mani/pedis. Nice place for short and sweet stay.
"Everything went well and was well organized and the directions were easy to follow. Communication was a little slow and we never got the wifi to connect to the internet. Other than that though it was a quality stay."
